Costanza and his brother John Costanza are all licensed home builders in the State of Florida and combined, have over 75 years experience designing and building custom homes.

John Costanza, our President in charge of new home construction and warranty, joined the family business in 1976. He is an exceptionally talented builder of custom homes, with an eye for architectural detail. Our customers appreciate John's dedication to new home construction quality and customer satisfaction.

Peter Costanza, Sr., our Vice President in charge of home design, founded the company in 1972. He started designing the new homes we built a year later and continues to create new and unique custom floor plans regularly. Pete Sr. together with our talented design staff, have received numerous awards for their outstanding achievement's in home design.

Peter Costanza, Jr., our Secretary, Treasurer is in charge of the day to day operations and finances. Pete Jr. worked summers for Costanza Homes while attending Michigan State University and joined the company shortly after graduation. He became a partner in 1994 and has been invaluable to the success our company.
