We are writing this letter to thank Costanza Homes and their employees on the excellent job and every courtesy we received in having our home built.
They followed through with every request and change order we made and kept the price in a reasonable margin through completion.
We searched for about 6 months looking at all kinds of models from $250. to $1,000,000. home and finally found one built by Costanza that would fit our needs and lot on the water with some minor adjustments. Since it's completion we have had many compliments on our home. We have had people stop by and ask us who built it and if we would recommend them as a quality builder - which we have and will continue to do so. You built our house in 2000 and with the exception of very minor problems, which were taken care of right away, we would say the workmanship, materials used and timing of completion was perfect! We are more than satisfied with our Costanza Home.
Belckery Springs is a small Communities with 7 completed homes and one available piece of property. There are people driving thru because the homes are all upscale. Everyone stops to look at our house and we have been told by many that we have the best looking house in the area.
All of your subcontractors were professionals and always willing to answer any questions.
Our friends all have said they felt this was an unusual floorplan and by far nicer than any new homes they have seen.
We have always felt we can give Costanza Builders a recommendation as a high quality builder. We have heard from people who have tried other builders and have been very disappointed with workmanship, and time involved building their homes. We of course had none of the above with Costanza. The folks in your office were always very helpful and just great; a pleasure to work with.

I moved to the Tampa area in 2001 and bought a new home in Tarpon Springs from Costanza Homes. The house was stylish, competitively priced and I've had many compliments on this house.
Every new house has a few things that need to be adjusted or fixed. The key personnel at Costanza Homes were most helpful and cheerful in completing these tasks and their entire focus was on ensuring that I was happy and satisfied as a customer; Phyllis Memoli and John Costanza were especially helpful.
