Parade Honors Bay Area Builders

Winners were announced Thursday night for the Parade of Homes Sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association. The parade included 144 models by 63 builders in 98 communities in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Manatee counties.

Models were judged by housing experts from outside the bay area, who awarded a Grand Award and a Merit Award in each price category.

Our Awards

Costanza Homes has been presented with several awards from the yearly Parade of Homes.

  • "BEST of SHOW" (seven times)
  • "BEST KITCHEN" (six times)
  • "BEST MASTER SUITE" (five times)

Other Awards also include:

Outstanding Achievement in Home Design, Award winner Ribbons, Merit Awards, Best Features Award, as well as "BEST HOME on the BLOCK" Award.

Since we design all of our homes, we are especially proud of winning the "Outstanding Achievement in Home Design". We received this award competing against all the entries, including categories with homes valued at twice the selling price.
